Dr. Charles Cameron

Dr. Charles E. Cameron received A.S. Degree from Dean Junior College and a B.A. from Colgate University. He then attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and received his D.V.M. His interests include golf, sailing, history and college football.


Dr. Paula Cameron

Dr. Paula Cameron graduated from Auburn School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. She also has a Masters in Immunology and a B.S. in Medical Technology from Auburn. Her medical interests include ophthalmology, oncology and soft tissue surgery. She is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, loves to mentor new veterinarians and technicians and sponsors “The Fun Dog Show” as a local fundraiser. Her favorite off duty activities are gardening, boating and art.

Dr. Emily Humphries

Dr. Emily Humphries is a native of Falmouth, Kentucky. She completed her pre-veterinary requirements at the University of Kentucky and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University in 2011. After graduation, she practiced for a short time in Alabama at a small animal clinic and an emergency clinic. She then practiced as a relief veterinarian in Kansas while her husband, Drew, completed an internship. After that, Dr. Emily spent a year and a half at a small animal clinic in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Emily is a small animal practitioner and has special interest in internal medicine, preventative medicine, and soft tissue surgery. In her spare time, she likes to travel, read, quilt, hang out at the beach, and spend time with her Weimaraner, Gracie.

Dr. Drew Humphries is a native of Pelham, Alabama. He attended Auburn University, where he completed both a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Drew completed a small animal rotating internship at Kansas State University. Before coming to the Eastern Shore, he practiced in a small animal clinic in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Drew has a special interest in oncology, cardiology, and small ruminants. In his spare time, he likes to cook, fish, kayak, read, travel, and cheer on the Auburn Tigers (War Eagle!!!).

Dr. George Marble

Dr. George Marble was raised in Laramie, Wyoming. Following high school he worked for a large cattle and horse ranch in Southeast Wyoming. In 1983 he was accepted into the veterinary technology program at Eastern Wyoming College where he received his Associates of Applied Science degree. He worked as a veterinary technician for a year prior to going to the University of Wyoming in Laramie. While there, he met and married his wife Jennifer, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. He went to Kansas State University Veterinary School receiving his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1994.

Upon graduation he chose a position in a mixed animal, private practice in Jackson, Wyoming where he worked for three years.

In 1997 he gained acceptance into an Equine Surgery residency program through Virginia Polytechnic Institute at the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Following completion of the residency he accepted a position at Arizona Equine as an associate surgeon where he worked for 4.5 years. He then moved to Casper, Wyoming where he worked for the Animal Hospital of Casper and opened Central Wyoming Equine in 2005. Central Wyoming Equine eventually closed in 2010 and Dr. Marble accepted a position at Willowcreek Animal Hospital, a mixed animal practice in Idaho Falls, Idaho where he has worked for the past 7 years.

Dr. Marble brings his interest in horses and small animal with an emphasis on lameness as it relates to osteoarthritis and the use of regenerative medicine as treatment options (Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Autologous Conditioned Serum/lnterleukin 1 Receptor Agonist Protein (IRAP) and Stem Cells) He also has a strong interest in soft tissue as well as orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Marble and his wife Jennifer have two grown children, Bailie and Zachary, The move to Virginia was to allow us to be closer to our daughter, her husband and our first grandchild. Dr. Marble is very excited to have been accepted for the position at Eastern Shore Animal Hospital, and to be working at such an esteemed practice.

George and Jennifer are very excited to be here on the Eastern Shore to explore and enjoy the many outdoor activities it has to offer. As well, they look forward to becoming involved in the community.
